HSE Test Booking is operated by Construction Support System and provides independent booking assistance and administrative support services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CITB, CSCS, Pearson VUE, or any government organization.

Test Booking and Availability

All test bookings are subject to availability. While we make every effort to secure your preferred date, time, and test center, availability is determined by the relevant testing provider.

Rescheduling Your Test

You may request to reschedule your test at least 96 hours (4 working days) before the scheduled test date and time.

Where possible, we will arrange an alternative appointment based on availability. Requests received within 96 hours of the appointment may require a new booking and additional testing fees.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • If a booking has not yet been processed, a full refund may be available.
  • Once a booking has been processed and confirmation has been issued, refunds will be subject to provider rules, administration costs, and management review.
  • Official testing fees may be non-refundable if cancellation or rescheduling requests are received within 96 hours of the scheduled test date.

Administration and Support Fee

Our charges include booking assistance, customer support, appointment management, application guidance, communication with testing providers, and administrative services.

Once a booking has been successfully processed, the administration and support portion of the fee is generally non-refundable.

Booking Confirmation

After your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details. This confirmation serves as proof of booking and payment.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate booking information
  • Attending the test center on the confirmed date and time
  • Bringing valid identification required by the testing provider
  • Reviewing booking details upon receipt

We cannot accept responsibility for missed appointments resulting from incorrect information, failure to attend, late arrival, or insufficient identification.
