HSE Test Booking (Part of Construction Support System)
- Introduction
The terms ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘yours’, ‘candidate’, and ‘customer’ refer to any individual or organisation using our website or services. By accessing or using HSE Test Booking and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Independent Service Provider
HSE Test Booking is operated by Construction Support System and provides independent booking assistance and administrative support services. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by CITB, CSCS, Pearson VUE, or any government organisation.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the updated version is published on our website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the current Terms and Conditions before placing a booking.
- Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability. While we will make every reasonable effort to secure your preferred test date, time, and location, availability is determined by the relevant testing provider. If your preferred appointment is unavailable, we may offer the nearest available alternative.
- Booking Confirmation
Once a booking request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email containing the appointment details. Customers should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up to date.
- Communication
We aim to send booking correspondence within 48 working hours of receiving a booking request. If you have not received any communication within this period, please contact our support team on 020 4542 1744.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process and for ensuring that they meet the identification and eligibility requirements of the relevant test provider.
