  1. Where is the nearest CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Test Centre?

There are over 300 CITB HSE; Test Centres across the UK. When you complete our booking form, we will help identify the most convenient test centres based on your postcode and preferred location.

  1. Can I book a test urgently?

Yes. Our team will make every effort to secure the earliest available appointment at your preferred test centre. For urgent bookings or same-week availability, please contact our team on 020 45421744

  1. Can I reschedule my test appointment?

Yes. Test appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 96 hours before the scheduled test time. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations cannot be made within 96 hours of the appointment.

  1. What happens after I book my test?

Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test centre details, appointment date, and test time. If you do not receive your confirmation, please contact our support team for assistance.

  1. What identification do I need to take to the test centre?

You must bring a valid UK Driving Licence or a signed Passport. If you do not have either document, please contact our team for guidance on alternative identification requirements.

  1. What should I expect during the CITB HS&E; Test?

The CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test is a computer-based multiple-choice examination that assesses your knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices within the construction industry.
